Ensure correct codes are used in all cases.

Patients with osteoporosis or fragility fractures will need the correct codes in their records to assist timely recall, medication reviews and for future auditing purposes.**

There are multiple code sets for osteopenia and osteoporosis. Please refer to the most current QOF business rules for osteoporosis to use the correct codes.
